Speed and Agility Camps
LOCATION:
Colorado Elite Sports Complex
1776 Boxelder St., Louisville, CO 80027
RCTC will test athletes using Sportreact Timing Gates - boost physical and cognitive progress by reacting to pods with signals and colors, measured by timing gate lasers
Breakdown of Camp:
RCTC Warm-up
Neurodynamic Warm-up
Reaction Drills - Response to stimulus
Agility Drills - Sports Movement, Change of direction, quickness
Sprinting - Power & Top Speed
Athletes will receive an RCTC Speed Camp Shirt & Sportreact Profile to reference results
Any Athlete age 9-14 year's old
CAMP FEE & Discounts
Single Camp slot (2 hour) - $150
2 Camps - $275 Total
3 Camps - $350 Total
*Register for Speed Camp AND join us for Indoor Track season - receive $150 off Indoor season fee (Must register before 12/1)
